Account Executive – Sales Team

Milyli needs an ediscovery Account Executive to add to the growing Sales Team!

Tell me about the job.

Milyli is hiring a smart, passionate, and hardworking individual to join our Sales team.  In this role, you will support the sales cycle through account research, cold calling, discovery, email campaigns, and collaboration with the sales manager on qualified opportunities, and most importantly, closing business.

What kind of people are you looking for? Someone with…

  • 2+ years of legal or ediscovery sales experience
  • Outgoing personality and strong engagement with multiple departments (IT, Marketing, Operations, Sales)
  • Proven track record of success and consistent quota attainment
  • Strong verbal communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work without constant supervision
  • Creative and flexible individual that can contribute to a growing company
  • Superior time management skills
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree

What else?

  • This is a full-time, salaried position with performance based bonuses
  • There may be some travel required for this position.
  • You must be able to legally work in the U.S.
  • While we consider candidates from around the world, we cannot provide relocation

What will my days be like?

  • Creates and consistently updates plans for accounts and territory
  • Actively and strategically executes call and email campaigns that lead to meetings with decision-makers at target accounts on a weekly basis
  • Maintains relationships with existing accounts and grows revenue by uncovering new projects or opportunities in new departments
  • Sells across Milyli’s products based on deep discovery with clients
  • Manages CRM system, keeps track of all activities, and grows database through research and online sources
  • Follows sales process documenting pipeline activity and probability of close
  • Maintains frequent and thorough communication with Sales Manager, briefing them before meetings on client business, key stakeholders, business challenges, Milyli strategy, and goals of meeting
